Meet Magda Kahn
A native of Colombia, after graduating from the Insituto de Diseno de Colombia in 1990, Magda, at the age of 22, boarded a plane to New York by herself to embark on a journey to fulfill her dream of being the fashion designer she had always envisioned throughout her youth.
Upon her arrival in New York with limited money and limited English, Magda’s journey began. From creating 100 original dress sketches per week for a dressmaker in the garment district to launching her own line, Magda found her way to Miami and eventually embarked on a 15-year career with Perry Ellis International that included roles as the men’s sweater designer and Design Director of Latin Brands.

Magda's Passion
Magda’s passion has always been women’s evening wear and couture creation. A few years ago, after spending two months in Milan, Italy at the world renowned Istituto di Moda Burgo, Magda was inspired to follow her dream of bringing her sketches to life.
Magda Kahn Fashion House was born. With a growing client base around the world that includes fashion influencers to private clients that want bespoke gowns, Magda Kahn Fashion House caters to clients that desire one of a kind creations made from hand.
